At Serge Lutens, we strive for your complete satisfaction with our olfactory creations; however, if you are not entirely pleased, you may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our Customer Care team or log into your account to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Parcel

  Carefully place the items in their original, unopened packaging along with the completed return form to ensure the integrity of the fragrance or cosmetic.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
